"The Manneken Trip" is Arnaud Maldague's human powered expedition into the deep wild. He is 28 years old and from Brussels, Belgium. The goal of the journey is to travel from North to South America while changing of unmotorized transportation means. Based on constant learning through new discoveries in very different geographical and climatic conditions, the trip will be realized by outperforming different sports as backcountry skiing, snow-kiting, kayaking, horse-riding, cycling , sailing, etc.

Starting January 2018, “The challenges as the Canadian Arctic, the Mississippi river, the Caribbean Sea, the Amazonian jungle, the Andes, Patagonia, etc.

This unique and unprecedented adventure articulates itself around five essential values: Human, Nature, Discovering, Outperforming and Sharing.

More than an adventure, The Manneken Trip will promote environmental initiatives through the Americas. The journey relies on the good nature of people as well as sponsors and donations.
